    From a music standpoint, the sound quality is great and I really like these earbuds for this price point; battery life and capacity of the power pack are good too! Regarding customer service, the set I received first was faulty (the left ear bud touch pad was not responsive). I contacted customer service (great response time) who asked I do a master reset. When I let them know that failed, they sent out a new pair which I received in a few days; the new pair works perfectly.

    I originally bought a pair of these wireless earbuds for myself, but I loved them so much that I ended up buying a pair for my mom. I have had no problem with my earbuds and I have had them for a couple of months. The charge lasts forever and the sound quality is great! The earbuds come with different sizes of molds for your ears, so they are perfect for anyone! My mom's pair originally was not working when she first got them. The sound would only play in one ear, but after talking to customer support all she needed to do was reset them. This was easy and fixed it immediately! No problems have occurred since. Overall, I love this product!

    I have had many different types of Bluetooth headsets. One common complaint is that even though playing music sound quality is good, the voice sound quality when making phone calls suffers, particularly on the other end. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS BLUETOOTH HEADSET. The phone call voice sound quality, particularly on the end, is EXCELLENT. Everyone I talk to makes this statement when I talk to them.The headset is sleek and good looking. I LOVE the placement of the buttons... very intuitive once you get used to them. The headset is bigger than others but that is where the boom microphone gets the EXCELLENT sound quality from. The unit is very light and stays firmly in your ear.

    My daughter bought these for me for Christmas. So far I??m very pleased with them. The sound quality is pretty good. As good as I could expect from tiny earbuds. The best thing about them is how they completely isolate ambient noise. I literally have to take one out if I need to talk with someone.My initial impression is they they are well made. I can??t comment on longevity. However, they do not feel light and plasticy. They fit firmly in my ears and the touch surfaces work great. Tap to pause/play and double-tap to skip forward or back.I also really like that the box is magnetized so the buds snap in when I want to recharge.I haven??t had a chance to use them for a telephone call. So I can??t comment.Overall, I??m pretty satisfied. Will post later if my impression changes over time.

    Wow, these earbuds are very nice for the price! They came charged, which was great, so I could use them right away!They block noise like crazy! They fit in my ear perfect! My neighbor was mowing right beside me, and I could only hear my music!!Needless to say, these buds work solid. and I would definitely buy another pair! They last a solid couple hours, and that??s pretty good for earbuds!They sit snugly into the case, and charge quickly!If you are looking for a decent set of ear buds that have great sound quality, and have a decently long battery, these earbuds are for you

    These little headphones are great! They have little earbud attachments to match all types of ear canals. I have small ears and i was afraid that they would be too big and they would hurt , but they dont. They're so comfortable and they're great for noise cancelling. I even wore them while working out and they didn't fall out! The sound quality is also very nice. 5 stars in my book!
